Our Services

INVESTMENT ADVISORY

At Penbrook Management we act as discretionary asset managers. New clients work with their portfolio manager who will sit down with the client to discover their investment objectives and financial goals and then create and execute a customized investment plan. The strategy and its underlying goals are revisited regularly with clients. Our team of investment experts meets weekly to discuss market trends, recent research, and current and potential investment positions. Clients pay fees based the value of their assets under management with us. Investments are just one aspect of a client’s financial picture, so we welcome the opportunity to work with our clients’ counselors and advisors to coordinate tax, estate and financial planning needs as required.

BROKERAGE SERVICES

Penbrook Management executes trades through its representatives that are dually registered as broker-dealer registered representatives of Beech Hill Securities, Inc. (“BHS”), which is a registered U.S. broker-dealer, and Member FINRA and SIPC. BHS and Penbrook Management are not affiliated firms. For background information regarding BHS or any of its individual investment professionals, please visit BrokerCheck.

Penbrook routinely recommends BHS to clients and Penbrook and BHS share office space. Penbrook Management believes that its clients will benefit in part when using BHS because of Penbrook’s relationship with BHS. Penbrook sometimes recommends other brokers to clients and clients may, at any time and without penalty, direct Penbrook Management to use a different broker.

Any Penbrook account that is introduced to BHS will clear through their custodian, Pershing LLC, a subsidiary of the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.

Pershing, a leading provider of financial business solutions for over 75 years, serves many of the world’s most respected financial organizations, and remains focused on the segregation, safekeeping, servicing, and reporting of clients’ assets in their custody. Pershing is well capitalized with capital ratios exceeding those required by regulators.
